The Week In Network News

Think Progress has some figures related to the news coverage afforded a couple of topics that were making waves this week.

On the day that a Federal Court in Detroit ruled that the Bush Administration's warrantless wiretapping program was unconstitutional dealing a major blow to one of King George's attempts at circumventing the Constitution in the name of fighting terror, the big 3 networks decided that the 10 year old murder case of JonBenet Ramsey was a much bigger deal.

It is totally amazing to see how the networks seem to have taken to becoming more of a late night tabloid TV show then an organization that should be dedicated to keeping the public informed.
