50 to 47

That's the current prediction for the make-up of the Senate from the latest Balance of Power polling from Rasmussen Reports. The GOP leads by that margin with 3 toss-ups so as things stand now even if the Democrats were to take all three undecided's, the Republicans would maintain control due to the tie-breaking vote being the responsibilty of the Vice-President.

The polling shows that the Democrats should pick up seats in Pennsylvania and Rhode Island while the 3 toss-ups are Republican held seats in Ohio, Missouri, and Montana. Currently Rasmussen has no Democratic incumbents in real danger of losing their seats.
